Submit a Claim - Claim Instructions
If you think you may be a Class Member, you may submit a claim form and the Claims Administrator will determine if you are a Class Member and how much money you get. You must submit a claim form to receive any money under the settlement. You are not required to submit proof of purchase, but if you have acceptable documents supporting your eligible claim, you will be paid at a higher rate per tank.

No matter which method you choose to file your Claim Form, please read the Claim Form carefully and provide all the information required. Each Settlement Class Member is entitled to submit only one Claim Form. If your claim is complete, timely, and approved by the Settlement Administrator, you will receive a payment for your share of the Class Settlement Amount. If you do not submit a claim, you will not be eligible to receive a payment from the Settlement, but you will still be bound by the Settlement Agreement and its release unless you exclude yourself. Remember: All Claim Forms must be submitted online or postmarked no later than March 8, 2021.
